Rental Units
Vacancy rates have traditionally been very low throughout the region. A stable population with a low turnover rate means that few apartments or rental accommodations become available each month. Binscarth has one rental suite available and the community of Inglis has four apartments.
Rental rates for units provided by Manitoba Housing are based on 25% to 27% of gross average monthly income. Units are available in each of the communities of Angusville, Binscarth, Inglis and Russell.

Senior Housing
Twelve housing units are available to seniors in the Lions Manor located in Russell. This is a life lease project requiring an initial equity payment and monthly payments that include everything except phone and cable.

Manitoba Housing also provides options for seniors in the communities of Russell, Binscarth and Inglis.
